Job Overview:
The Revenue Audit Manager reports to the Property Director of Finance and performs numerous audit and financial reporting functions, including preparation of journal entries, auditing functions, and recording financial information by entering data into the computer, calculating and summarizing numbers, and drafting and reviewing financial documents for proper completion. The Revenue Audit Manager supervises the audit staff and ensures that all audit programs are completed daily.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops revenue audit checklists while addressing MICS and ICS
- Ensures that all daily revenue audit steps, as indicated on the revenue auditor's daily checklists, have been completed
- Reconciles any errors and record corrections using proper documentation
- Reviews all audit exceptions issued by clerks
- Performs trend analysis and reporting on audit exceptions and works with other managers to reduce exceptions and improve internal control compliance
- Updates/reviews the Flash Report daily
- Hires, trains, coaches, assesses, and reviews the job performance of subordinates
- Manages schedules and duties of revenue auditors
- Assists with/as independent auditors and internal auditors, as required
- Completes necessary/assigned reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Ensures compliance with all IGB and internal procedures are followed
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures
- Ensures that all revenue-related documents are safeguarded
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED– required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field AND two (2) years Supervisory experience– required
- OR Four (4) years’ experience in a Management/Supervisory position– required
- OR Three (3) years’ experience in a Supervisory position with Wind Creek Hospitality– required
- Three (3) years of casino auditing experience– required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills– required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel (a skills test may be administered and applicant must achieve passing score of 70%)– required
- Experience with casino revenue reporting systems required, SDS, CMP, Opera, and, InfoGenesis,-preferred
- Must be able to walk for the duration of the shift and at times may have to bend, stoop and kneel
- Able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds- required
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
